About

LARGO is computer graphics and virtual reality laboratory opened within the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, with generous help and donation from the company Nordeus. Laboratory provides opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as Ph.D. students to do research on various topics related to computer graphics, GPGPU, virtual reality and game design.

Equipment

Laboratory’s equipment was mainly sponsored by the gamedev company Nordeus and includes six workstations with i7 processors, 16GB RAM, 1TB+ HDD and GPUs ranging over GTX680, Titan and Quadro cards. There’s also a Microsoft Kinect (both first and second version), two projectors with polarizing filters and glasses for passive 3D stereo projections, Oculus Rift DK1 and DK2 and several 3D monitors. Some of the equipment, mainly graphics boards and 3D Vision equipment, was donated by the company NVIDIA through academic partnership program.
